Weak water flow | Initial water flow | When the device is first powered on, the pump needs time to draw water from the reservoir. Water flow will stabilize after approximately 5 seconds. |
Clogged pump filter sponge | Clean the sponge at the bottom of the pump. Use the provided brush to clean the pump inlet and internal tubing.
Low water level | Refill water to the "MAX" line.
No response when pressing the power button | Touch too quick/slow | Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to start the device. To switch modes, double-tap with a 1/3 second interval. |
Dirty touch panel | Wipe clean with a dry cloth.
Water overflow | Clogged filter | Clean or replace the filter. |
Overfilled water tank | Keep water at "MAX" line.
Loud pump noise with flashing red light | Low water level or pump was removed from water while operating. The noise indicates the pump is running dry. | Refill water to the "MAX" line immediately to prevent damage. |
No water dispensing (Sensor not working) |
Out of range | Ensure the pet is within 1.5 meters of the device. |
Frequent movement around the fountain | Remove objects interfering with the sensor.
Incorrect fountain orientation | Ensure the sensor (on the front of the main unit) faces the direction where the pet is expected to approach.
Low battery | Press and hold the power button to restart. Charge if only one battery bar is lit.
Intermittent mode is active | In this mode, the fountain dispenses water for 15 seconds every 30 minutes. Movement will not trigger flow during off periods. Double-tap the power button to check the mode: Green light = Sensing Mode, Blue light = Intermittent Mode.
Dirty sensor | Wipe the sensor with a soft dry cloth.
No response when charging | Faulty or incompatible adapter (not 5V), damaged cable, or mainboard issue | Use a correct 5V adapter, replace cable, or replace the mainboard/unit if needed. |
